Preamble:

These Terms of sale apply to all sales between the association SOS Croquettes d'Espoir and its benefactors. All persons wishing to purchase for the benefit of the association must take note of these Terms of sale.
The association SOS Croquettes d'Espoir is a non-profit association under the law 1901 registered at the prefecture of CHARTRES under the RNA W28002798
The association is chaired by Mrs Tilleman Sindy and Mr Guesdon Pascal and their administrative council.
The association SOS croquettes d'Espoir, uses French, English and Dutch for communication on its site and with its benefactors.
All the sales carried out are reserved for the benefit of the dogs under the protection of the association, no benefit derives from it.

It is possible to support the association through the alloasso site, a proof for tax deduction will be provided on request. Any technical incident that occurs during the donation cannot be the responsibility of the association SOS Croquettes d'Espoir. It is up to the benefactors to get closer to the alloasso platform.

You can benefit from the SOS Croquettes d'Espoir membership card that will be sent to your home. For this, you have to pay a small amount of 10 euros per year (plus the stamp). Fill out the form on the homepage or on the adoptions page. You must make a bank transfer (the Helloasso form is not currently in place for members) then fill out the form and select the option: membership card. You can also notify CO Treasurer Sandrine Wautier.

The association offers a selection of items around Saint-Bernard. A majority of the items are handmade.

During an order, it is possible that an item is sold out of stock available. The order can therefore be sent in several packages without additional shipping costs. Or the association may choose to put the order on hold for the time of supply.

The order placed is sent within a week via Mondial Relay or the La Poste group. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the benefactor.
When ordering outside the European Union customs fees and taxes may be applied, these fees are the responsibility of the benefactor and not the association. In order to know the latest, it is possible to take the information from the customs service of the country of destination.

The association carries out dog adoptions type Saint-Bernard exclusively. Anyone wishing to adopt will have to get closer to the presidents. And pay the adoption fees and will be subject to an adoption contract.

The data stored on the website are strictly confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties. According to the CNIL and RGPD, the information collected on the form «create an account» is recorded in a computerized file on the website of the association SOS Croquettes d'Espoir. If you wish to delete this data we ask you to simply notify us, they will be deleted as soon as possible.

All orders placed on the website of the association are expressed without the addition of VAT, law 1901.

Any dispute not finding an amicable agreement must be brought to the court of CHARTRES on which the association depends. The association Croquettes d'Espoir is under European jurisdiction.
